Fees

Tuition Fees for 2010-11 are £3249 per term in the Senior School and £2738 per term in the Junior School. Fees may be paid either at the start of each term or by direct debit in 10 instalments. Fees include all examination fees (except re-sits) and books: there are virtually no compulsory extras.

The RGS has always prided itself on enabling young people from across the region and from all backgrounds to benefit from the education and range of activities which RGS has to offer. A vigorous bursary campaign has already raised more than £4m, providing a hundred means tested bursaries for bright and enthusiastic children from 7-18. The vast majority of our pupils eat school lunches — parents are invoiced termly at a rate which works out at about £2.20 per day. There is a considerable choice, including provision for vegetarians. We can cater for most special diets (e.g. gluten free).
