A WEEK AGO TODAY, WE WERE DELIGHTED TO WELCOME MEMBERS OF OUR QUINCENTENARY GIVING CLUBS BACK TO RGS FOR AN EXCLUSIVE DRINKS RECEPTION MARKING THE CLOSE OF OUR 500th CELEBRATIONS.
The whole room was treated to a series of impressive performances from our talented students, including the Chamber Choir's unforgettable madrigal-style renditions of All Star and I Want It That Way, a stunning piano recital from James (Year 9), and a moving vocal performance of Stand By Me by Angellina (Year 11).
One of the most powerful moments of the evening was hearing from former bursary student Jemima (ON 13 20), whose inspiring story reminded us of the life-changing opportunities made possible through donor support.
Guests had the opportunity to view their commemorative Giving Club books before they take their permanent home in the heart of the school as a lasting tribute to the generosity of our Giving Club members for generations to come.
