WE ARE PROUD TO FOSTER A STRONG CULTURE OF STUDENT LEADERSHIP, ENSURING THAT THE VOICES OF OUR PUPILS ARE HEARD AND THEIR IDEAS HELP SHAPE THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY. 

Following another successful year of student-led initiatives, we are delighted to introduce our new Student Leadership Team, who bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a commitment to making a difference.

As respected role models, each member of the team has a specific role, working closely with senior staff through leadership training programmes designed to build confidence and encourage innovative thinking. They will also provide invaluable support to younger students, offering guidance on everything from managing exams to making the most of the many opportunities available at RGS.
