RGS Sport Stars Camp

NEW FOR 2026! RGS SPORT STARS

We are excited to launch RGS Sport Stars Camp – a dynamic, high‑energy multi‑sport camp designed to inspire confidence, teamwork and a love of physical activity, all within the outstanding sporting environment of RGS.

Across each week, children will enjoy a wide range of activities including football, swimming, gymnastics, trampolining, climbing, hockey, rugby, tri‑golf and energetic team games. The programme is carefully structured to build skills and confidence, with plenty of variety to keep every day fresh and exciting.

Using RGS’s exceptional facilities and delivered by experienced RGS staff in a supportive and inclusive environment, the camp encourages children to try new sports, challenge themselves and celebrate success – all while having fun.

Whether your child is already sports‑mad or simply looking to stay active, make friends and try something new, RGS Sport Stars is the perfect place to spend the holidays.

RGS Sport Stars is open to children aged 8–13. Children from across the North East are warmly invited to take part in this exciting camp.

CAMP TIMETABLE

The timetable has been designed to provide progression as the week builds – whether it’s developing football skills through small‑sided games, building confidence on the climbing wall, improving water confidence in the pool, or working together in team challenges and Olympic‑style events.

For this reason, our camp requires a minimum booking of three days, allowing children the time they need to settle in, build on what they’ve learned, and get the most out of the experience.

Alongside this, there’s plenty of time for movement, creativity and enjoyment through activities such as Just Dance, parachute games and dodgeball, keeping energy high and smiles constant.

Children will take part in most activities within similar age groups, while also coming together for Olympic‑style events, which aim to encourage teamwork, leadership and development skills across age groups.
